Sandy Berkenbush                                                                        

 

 I’m Sandy Berkenbush, co-owner of Stone Ridge Properties and a lifelong West Newbury resident. I have been selling real estate for 21 years, with a focus on the Merrimack River communities that I have come to know so well. I am a certified as both a Residential Specialist and a Buyer’s Rep. My 39 years of marketing and direct sales experience helps me give you the best service possible in selling your home, or finding the right home and negotiating the best deal.

Community is so important to me. That’s why I am an active member of the Newburyport Chamber of Commerce, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I also serve on the Board of Directors for the Blue Ocean Society and the Pentucket Educational Foundation. In the past, I’ve been a member of West Newbury’s Planning Board as well as the Open Space Committee. I’ve also sponsored the Dana Farber Marathon Challenge (1994‒2010) and participated in the Veterans Memorial Building Fundraiser (2008‒2009).

An annual event that I organize, the Cruise for a Cure on the Merrimack River, has helped raise more than $200,000 for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Aside from fundraising, I enjoy skiing, kayaking and gardening.

 

 

 

 

Holly Cashman has a great love for the Merrimack River Valley, and she knows the area very well. After spending a few years in Newburyport, she moved to Merrimac to raise her children. She now lives on Salisbury’s Rings Island with her husband, Andy.

Holly became interested in being a Realtor after selling her own home in 1998. That experience made her truly appreciate the processes involved in real estate. She knew she could give buyers and sellers the guidance they need to have their own pleasant realty transactions. Holly also has a natural talent for decorating and organizing, two great assets when it comes to staging a home for sale.

 

 

 

 

Dee Brown

Dee Brown moved to Newburyport area nearly 20 years ago and has been a Realtor in the area for 12 years. The Ohio native has made some major moves of her own, from Colorado and Oregon. Those experiences and her professional background in corporate relocation give Dee an invaluable perspective on the needs, desires, and anticipated issues of anyone moving for business reasons. She also holds a BA in Interior Design from the Pratt Institute, and her decorating abilities greatly benefit both buyers and sellers.

A third-generation Realtor, Dee is a member of MLSPIN and the Greater Newburyport Association of Realtors. She is also a certified Buyer Agent. As a Realtor, she commits time and energy to promoting Newbury’s small-town values to her clients, while passing on her contagious affection for this wonderful area.
