I have worked with most of my clients repeatedly through the years, holding valued long term relationships with both home sellers and buyers. Long after the deal has closed, my clients call me again and again to discuss the market, their future, the value of investment properties and of course how they can continue to add value to their homes. I am selling to the second and third generations of a number of families -- the babies that were in those little bucket carriers now are buying their first homes!

Why is this? When I work with clients, I ask a lot of questions not only about real estate, but about their long-term goals for themselves or for their family. I am committed to being a trusted advisor during the entire real estate transaction, but after doing this for nearly 30 years, I have come to realize how personal real estate is and how valuable additional guidance can be even after you leave the closing table.

Honesty

You don’t want to work with an agent who is going to tell you what you want to hear, you want an agent who will tell it like it is. My commitment to honesty has kept me as a top-producing agent for over 20 years. I will tell you if it is a great time to sell, or if it is better to see how the market is looking next year. I will tell you if you should make renovations to your home before it hits the market, or if it is better to let the next home buyers make those renovations themselves. I will tell you if you are over-pricing or over-committing yourself during your transaction. With deals that involve your family and home or future home, honesty is the only policy.

Experience

I am entering my 30th year of selling real estate, with a focus on the Merrimack River communities that I have come to know so well. I am a lifelong resident of West Newbury, and I have deep roots in this area which translate to a network of resources for my clients. I am a certified as both a Residential Specialist, CRS, and a Buyer’s Representative, CBR. My 45 years of marketing and direct sales experience helps me give you the best service possible in selling your home, or finding the right home and negotiating the best deal. I keep in touch with almost all of my clients, and many are repeat “customers.” I have seen it all, or nearly all, and that experience works in my clients’ favor and helps put minds at ease.

Technology

Technology is essential to success in real estate. Each year, or even each month, there are new advances in the way that people buy and sell homes, and the way that those homes are marketed. I pride myself on attending technology conferences, training seminars and offering my clients the most comprehensive marketing strategy available. I am active on social media and other digital marketing platforms as well as many local networking groups. I have lots of ways to keep in touch with my clients, and I remember the goals that they have from our very first meeting!
